Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroNode's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuroNode provides AI-powered lead generation and social network advertising services. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers based on your specified criteria across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other networks.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• LinkedIn Leads: $60 per qualified lead
• Facebook/Meta Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Multi-Platform Leads: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for delivered qualified leads that meet the agreed-upon criteria.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

Qualified leads are defined as prospects who meet the specific criteria agreed upon during the initial consultation, including but not limited to: demographic information, company size, job title, industry, and demonstrated interest or engagement with relevant content. All leads are verified through our AI algorithms and manual review processes before delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target customer profile
• Respond to lead qualification questions in a timely manner
• Use provided leads in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and processes

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.

7. Limitation of Liability

NeuroNode's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, software, and processes used by NeuroNode remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their internal business purposes only.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our platform will be discontinued. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, and platform-specific terms of service. NeuroNode reserves the right to suspend services if we determine client activities may violate applicable laws or regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland, Texas.
